We are the social beings. Since we reside in a society, we have to bind with the social relationships. There are people, who wish to stay alone and think about only him and his family. They don’t get involved in any social function neither do they feel about or sympathize somebody in sad occasions. But, I must say that, those people are ultimate losers. They don’t have any ideaabout healthy relationship. An outsider who is not having a blood relationship with us can be a good friend or a well-wisher to us.

There are many situations when we don’t get any help from our real relatives, but our neighbors being outsiders’ helps us a lot whenever we face problem in our daily life. Other than neighborhood, we can also share a healthy relationship with our employers at office, peers and also the 4^th class staffs.  Say for example, you are very busy with your work at office, so you cannot go outside by any mean. At the same time, the lunch time has arrived in your office, but you don’t have anything to have as our tiffin. This is the time you can judge yourwell-wishers. If we share a fair relationship with our colleagues, we would definitely get help from them. Either they can buy something for us, so that we don’t need to starve during the lunch time or else they can share their tiffin with us.

This way we can also help them whenever they want our help in any situation. Some employers are so flexible to their employees that even they share their lunch with their employees. So, there must be mutual understanding and trust in every relationship
